First level - Livello Elementare - А1 |

Livello elementare (A1-A2) is a course of Italian for beginners. The knowledge that the trainees obtain after completing level 1 include practicing of everyday conversation phrases, description of daily routine activities, story-telling skills in the past tense, expression of future intensions, propositions and expectations for future events. The training system for the first level is focused not only on the mostly used everyday vocabulary, but on acquiring of specific knowledge about the human body, time expressions – time and dates in Italian, food products, details about Italian cuisine, etc. |

Second level - Livello pre-Intermedio - A2 |

The language skills acquired by the learners in the second level of Progetto Italiano allow them to have conversations about a person’s family, to enrich their vocabulary, they give the possibility for the learners to express more freely and in more detail their personal preferences. At second level, there are longer conversations at various subjects – shopping, fashion, TV programmes, trainees are able to give directions, guidance and evaluation.

Third level - Livello Intermedio - B1 |

Third level establishes and improves the knowledge already gained in the previous two levels. The learners gain knowledge, allowing them to demand and require information in various spheres and subjects. The third level of the system includes vocabulary in the sphere of professions, economical and bank terms, necessary for the adequate stay in the country, vocabulary, needed for making of formal and informal letters, famous Italian proverbs, sports and historical terms, knowledge in the music theory and music performance. |

Fourth level - Livello Intermedio - B2 |

The fourth level of the system gathers professional vocabulary, economical and bank terms, necessary for an adequate stay in the country, vocabulary, used in formal and informal letters, popular Italian proverbs, sports and historic terms, expressions from music theory and music performance. The texts are focused mainly on details and problems of contemporary Italian education, the world of economics and labour trade in Italy, remarkable places in Italian regions and cities, short history of Italy and country’s participation in international events, Italian traditions in world sport – remarkable names and symbols, Italian opera and acquisitions in the sphere of classical music.
